Overview

This intensive workshop leverages a computer-based simulation to help students integrate all the critical skills required to manage complex projects. Participants work through a simulated project to hone their skills in execution and control, with special emphasis placed on schedule and cost control. Students emerge from this two-day workshop with a practiced skill set that can be immediately applied to current projects back in the real world.

Who is it for?

Those who are enrolled in the Analysis Certificate Program and who have completed the prior workshops in the curriculum.
