This comprehensive and practical course covers all aspects of credit control and collections. It enables delegates to see the bigger picture so that they not only improve their knowledge, but will help them to understand priorities better and to allocate their time better between tasks, so that they become more effective in collecting cash and reducing bad debts. By the end of this course you will be able to confidently deal with customers on the telephone and bring collection calls to a satisfactory conclusion

Credit controllers, Collectors, Credit Managers, Owner Managers, those who want to improve their knowledge of credit control and collections. It is suitable for those who are new to their role and more experienced credit controllers who have had little formal training or just require a refresher and new ideas!
