Overview

Hands-on supervised training with the user friendly statistics package SPSSĀ® from beginner to intermediate level.
(2 days, first can be taken on its own and second day can be taken on a later occasion.)
Prerequisite: Introductory Statistics and Research Methods or equivalent.
Early booking is advised as places are limited.

What will I learn?

The course aims are to:
Cover those techniques of data preparation needed prior to data analysis for medical studies with common designs
Offer practical implementation of statistical analysis methods covered in the pre-requisite Introductory Statistics and Research Methods course
Through encountering data sets, to introduce additional methods of analysis that can be investigated further in other courses offered by CAMS
By the end of this course, you should be able to:

How will I be assessed?

No assessment. You will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
