Overview

This programme includes training on the advanced (statistical) tools required to execute the full range of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects.

Who is it for?

Delegates who are interested in the Statistical side of Lean Six Sigma.

What will I learn?

Stats Tools 2 (3 days) topics include Hypothesis Tests (Analysis of Variance and Chi-Square Tests), Regression (Simple, Multiple, Binary Logistic), Control Charts (Continuous and Attribute Data Charts), Process Sigma (Short- and Long-Term Sigma, Determining Process Shift, Improvement Strategies) and an introduction to Designed Experiments (Full and Fractional Factorial Designs).

How will I be assessed?

At the end of each training course a certificate is issued stating that the delegate has completed the course. We also offer an independent certification process which goes beyond training. All Catalyst courses are accredited by the British Quality Foundation and Catalyst is an approved certifier for the British Quality Foundation Certification programme.
