Who is it for?

This course is suitable for anyone responsible for taking minutes at meetings.

What will I learn?

By the end of this 1 day course delegates will;

• Look at various types of minutes and writing styles.
• Be aware of the importance of a good relationship with the chair and minute taker.
• Have considered the common difficulties of minute taking and how to overcome them.
• Practise taking minutes using best practice.

All delegates will receive a certificate following completion of the course.
