Overview

The communication skills training course is designed to make delegates more aware of the impact of different styles of communication, personal preferences and situational effectiveness. The development programme explores the benefits and possible downsides of various forms and styles of communication. Delegates are encouraged to assess their current approach, the way they are perceived by colleagues and explore a range of alternatives which will help to improve personal effectiveness.
