Course Information for 'ITIL® Managers Version 2 to Version 3 Bridge'




Overview

This course is designed for those students who already hold the Version 2 Managers certificate. The course builds on the delegates ITIL Version 2 knowledge and covers the key differences introduced in ITIL Version 3. The course format is based on formal lectures, group discussions, exercises and assignments. The course ends with the ITIL Version 3 Managers Bridge Certificate examination consisting of a 20 question complex multiple-choice paper of 90 minutes duration. Having passed this qualification, the delegate will receive the ITIL Expert Diploma. This event is available on our public schedule or as a closed event on your site.

Who is it for?

Individuals who already hold the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL version, who wish to obtain the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management, thereby demonstrating their knowledge of ITIL V3.
