Overview

If you are new to managing a website and need to untangle the more technical language involved in a safe learning environment, this is the course for you. We are not intending, in one day, to turn you into a "techie", but we will give you enough knowledge of the jargon to enable you to work with your suppliers and to understand what you can do in-house.

You may already be hot on the content-side of the business, but if you don't know your CRM from your CSS here is an overview of how all the key elements fit together.

For a full programme please visit our website.
