Overview

This is our intensive executive overview course that introduces the main concepts behind Agile, Lean and Scrum to an executive team. The goal of this course is to look at organizational impact Agile may have on various aspects such as roles, leadership style, existing processes and organization culture. We will explore the tactical and strategic aspects of applying Agile and Lean to your organization. We discuss Agile Portfolio Management, Vendor Management, the role of the Agile PMO and outline steps you can take to develop an Agile Rollout plan.
The 2 day version of this course also allows your team to “experience” some of the powerful techniques used for developing project Release Plans and budgets, story brainstorming and prioritization, story sizing, impediment removal and more. The goal is for you to be in touch with the techniques your teams apply on the ground so you can better manage this transition.
