Who is it for?

This qualification is designed for those working in any business, regardless of their product or service range. It is essential for all those who have a role that includes responsibility for the management of health and safety issues, including owners or managers of businesses, supervisors and senior safety personnel. The course is also aimed at people who wish to progress and train in health and safety qualifications.

What will I learn?

On completing this course candidates will be able to:

*Contribute to management of health and safety in a wide variety of businesses
*Identify further technical knowledge necessary in complex processes
*Determine further training requirements

How will I be assessed?

Part 1:
An assignment to be completed under examination conditions during the morning. The time frame given will be 2 hours. Candidates are required to prepare a scoping document for use with their assignment.
Part 2:
An examination consisting of a 2½ hour written paper during the afternoon.

Travel Information

We are located on the 1st floor above DLK Furnishings on the corner of Stroud Road, opposite Burger King and Toys R Us. Car parking is available at the back of our premises; this can be accessed by turning off the Bristol Road into Trier Way. After just 50 yards, turn right through a gate where it says Oriental Wholesale. Then turn sharp right where our car parking spaces are situated. Our office is located through the gate on the left handside. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN TOYS R US CAR PARK.
