Overview

Do you have a duty of care to your employees? Yes, then this course is for you. This course is designed to cover aspects of health and safety management relevant to your particular role. It is not just about legislation. The course is interactive and fun. It is also nationally recognised.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for those persons with supervisory or managerial responsibilities within the workplace. The course is interactive and fum. Not just a 'talk and chalk' course.

What will I learn?

The course is divided up in to eight modules, and these are:
Module 1. Introducing managing safely
Module 2. Assessing risks
Module 3. Controling risks
Module 4. Understanding your responibilities
Module 5. Identifying hazards
Module 6. Investigating accidents and incidents
Module 7. Measuring performance
Module 8. Projecting our environment

How will I be assessed?

To achieve this qualification candidates must complete successfully a two part assessment. Part one is a multi-format assessment consisting of 22 questions. Part two consists of a short project based on risk control.
