Overview

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 require employers to conduct
suitable and sufficient risk assessments. The Level 2 Certificate in Risk Assessment provides formal
recognition of an individual’s ability to undertake such a risk assessment in line with the Health and
Safety Executive’s Five Steps to Risk Assessment. Accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum
Authority (QCA) at Level 2 in the National Qualifications Framework.
