Please See Below For Course Information On 'An Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Drug Users'

Overview

Those working with drug users need to continually broaden and develop their skills base.

CBT is a counselling approach that aims to help drug users develop strategies and skills for change.

This course will be particularly relevant for those working with individuals wanting to make changes in their drug use. It will provide a theoretical basis, but will have more of an emphasis on skills.

The course is more suited to those workers less experienced or not experienced in the use of CBT.
