Who is it for?

Raise delivers training to a diverse and varied audience, from all over the UK. By bringing together a powerful mix of perspectives delegates can hear from Service Users, Carers, Support Staff within the Health and Social Care Sector – and many more! This will help broaden your understanding of lived experience, as well as being able to share in discussions and theories.
Because of the different sectors, our pricing reflects this – so please look on our website for further information.

What will I learn?

It is hoped that by the end of the day that delegates will come away with a further understanding of the impact food and drink can have on someone’s mental health. Delegates will challenge some of the myths surrounding food; and the claims it supposes: Are fish oils good for intelligence? Are all additives bad for you? This course is packed full of information that could make a serious difference in the way you view your food.

How will I be assessed?
