Overview

A one day course for managers who work with teams that may be based away from base for all or part of the time. It explores the strategies needed to manage and communiacte with these teams as effectively as if they were in one place.

Who is it for?

This course is suitable for any managers, team leaders and project managers who manage virtual or remote teams, or off-site employees and projects. It will enable and encourage you to be more pro-active and give you tools and frameworks which will help you to distance manage your team members more effectively.

What will i learn?
