A one day course to buildon your exisitng communication skills by adding a layer of greater perception and awareness of other people and how they think and communicate.

Who is it for?

Anyone who considers being able to influence people as important to their success and would like to become even better at getting their point across in any situation.

What will i learn?

Communicate in a more persuasive manner • Understand what makes people great at influencing • Recognise the most effective mindset for you to adopt when influencing • Learn how to use non verbal cues to help you influence • Identify your communication preferences • Adapt your influencing style to suit other people's preferences • Feel comfortable using a variety of influencing tactics.
