Overview

This workshop is very interactive and particiapnts will have the opportunity to focus on and enhance their personal skills by using enjoyable and practical exercises and learning to use them as a development tool for their teams.

Who is it for?

A practical one-day workshop for participants who would like to be a more effective leader and to help with the development of their team and individuals within the team.

What will i learn?

This workshop will enable participants to:
- Identify their personal leadership style
- Understand what makes a successful leader by identifying core leadership skills and key actions
- Develop others and give feedback
- Understand team dynamics and the role of the leader
- Coach, support, delegate and monitor progress to develop others
- Use practical teambuilding exercises

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the end of the day.
