Individual motivational traits. How to motivate others.
Motivational theory (Maslow, Hertzberg) and how this relates
to practical motivation.

Who is it for?

A one-day workshop on the knowledge, techniques, attitudes and strategies needed to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.

How to Lead & Motivate Teams focuses on pure leadership and
motivational skills rather than the broader field of supervisory or
managerial skills. It is about inspiring performance.

It complements our two-day course: Advanced Communication
Skills for Managers. This focuses on the vital day-to-day skills of
people management.

The courses are self-contained.
