Overview

Description

This two day course is designed for people who want to get the best from their people. Delegates will learn how to get true commitment from their staff rather than mere compliance.

The course looks at different styles of management and how to identify which style is the most appropriate one to use for the task you are facing. Course attendees will learn the skills of effective delegation, so that they can concentrate on their own responsibilities and how to deal with the differing facets of poor performance.

Who is it for?

Pre-requisites

There are no pre-requisites for this course although experience of team leading, managing people or working in teams would be useful.
