Motivation – Improving Individual Performance: clarifying the relationship between performance and motivation; aligning individual and organisational needs; motivational techniques.
Creating an Empowered Climate: building trust and giving support; using delegation effectively; allowing staff to take controlled risks; maintaining task achievement in an empowered climate.
Building and Leading Teams: using clear communication; analysing conflict; gaining commitment and co-operation; creating teams; shaping and developing teams; building trust and rapport.
