Overview

A practical 1/2 day training course exclusively for women who would like to build their confidence and who would benefit from practising in an all female environment.

Who is it for?

This training is for women who want to enhance their performance and relationships by understanding how to behave in a more assertive manner. It is for anyone who feels that they may benefit from the support of an exclusively female group when discussing and practising assertiveness

What will i learn?

By the end of the training course delegates will: • Understand the difference between Non Assertiveness, Assertiveness and Aggressiveness • Understand the issues women face in being assertive • Have discussed and practiced techniques on how to enhance their working relationships by improving their Interpersonal Skills • Create an Action Plan for the future
