The Four Business Perspectives: Financial; internal processes; learning and growth; the customer.
Strategic Measures and Targets: identifying evaluation methods and processes; evaluating developments and performance; using a variety of methods and models processes for setting targets.
From Strategy to Delivery: delivering clear and unambiguous messages about the strategy; identifying the barriers and pitfalls that may impact on the strategy.
Getting Your Message Across: methods of cascading the message throughout the organisation; ensuring that teams and individuals are clear about their objectives; managing performance linked to new objectives.
Monitoring and Evaluating the Change Process: ensuring strategy is an iterative process; driving change from the top.
Action Planning: participants plan and discuss what they will do on return to work.
