Overview

A one day course that will suit both beinners and the more experienced. In today's competitive environment, extraordinary customer service is expected and those not providing it will find themselves on the outside looking in.

Who is it for?

The course is for people new to customer service or those who need an injection of fresh ideas. The purpose of this training is to help define service levels and to provide the skills to deliver a world class level of customer service
