Overview |
The first unit of our two part programme for CCTV (PSS) operators who require formal training and assessment to apply for a SIA licence. Delegates need to complete Units 1 and 2 including the associated assessments in order to acquire an appropriate BTEC Award and the opportunity to apply for a licence. |

Anyone who requires a formal qualification in control room operations but especially those who need to apply for a SIA Licence. |
What will I learn? |
You will learn the duties and responsibilities of today's professional control room operator and gain the confidence to deal with incidents in an efficient and competent manner. |
