Overview

This course has been developed with the police, Home Office and transport companies to provide the necessary understanding of how digital footage can be effectively exported and used within our legal system. A classic combination of 'need to know' classroom theory supported by practical sessions in the Tavcom workshops.

Who is it for?

Police staff, transport analysts, port authorities, operators, managers and all other involved with gathering and forwarding video evidence.

What will I learn?

You will learn the correct methods of retrieving CCTV images from a variety of different storage media and transferring the information obtained to the relevant law enforcement agencies for use as evidence.
